NVISO is hiring a Partner Development Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for building and managing partnerships that enhance market reach and deliver mutual value through coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential partners to broaden market presence
  • Develop joint business plans with strategic partners
  • Support partner onboarding and integration processes
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partner organizations
  • Facilitate training and enablement sessions for partner teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner initiatives
  • Monitor market trends to uncover partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and renewals
  • Track and report on partnership KPIs and outcomes
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partner inquiries
  • Coordinate co-marketing activities with partner organizations
  • Ensure alignment between partner offerings and company solutions
  • Drive adoption of services through partner channels
  • Resolve conflicts or challenges in partner relationships
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of partner activities
  • Organize quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Support lead generation through partner networks
  • Gather and share partner feedback with product teams
  • Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and security requirements
  • Stay informed about partner technologies and roadmaps
  • Represent the company at partner events and conferences
  • Evaluate partner performance against agreed metrics
  • Contribute to partner program strategy and enhancements
  • Assist in developing partner-facing sales tools
