About the Role

Parloa is looking for a Partner Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) to drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. You will identify, qualify, and activate new partners while managing an existing portfolio in our collaborative, international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify, acquire, and activate new partners, evaluating their strategic fit with Parloa’s portfolio.
  • Actively manage an existing partner portfolio, nurture relationships, and drive collaboration to achieve revenue targets.
  • Articulate joint value propositions to inspire partners to promote Parloa solutions.
  • Provide support and resources to enable partners to effectively sell Parloa products.
  • Track partner performance against predefined metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify high performers and improvement areas.
  • Take a creative and proactive approach to partnership development, exploring new opportunities and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop scalable enablement programs for partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development at a B2B enterprise-focused software company.
  • Curiosity, high-energy, and a strong level of ownership.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation skills, and sales orientation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate company vision and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales through a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in enterprise software or contact center technologies (e.g., CCAAS, IVR, ITR, Chatbots, Conversational AI).
