Cobalt is hiring a Business Development Representative

About the Role

Cobalt is looking for a Business Development Representative to identify and create new qualified opportunities for our sales team. You will manage outbound campaigns and inbound lead flow within your territory, qualify prospects, identify decision makers, and position the Cobalt value proposition, often serving as the first impression for our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct high volume prospecting and lead qualification through outbound phone calls, emails and other channels.
  • Execute creative and personalized outbound prospecting within your target accounts.
  • Leverage tools including SalesForce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others to research and connect with potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics.
  • Gain business knowledge through researching potential pain points, decision making structures and every day business challenges of our target prospects.
  • Work in close alignment with Account Executives on pipeline organization and ongoing prospecting and nurture strategies.

This is an individual contributor role that reports to a Business Development Manager.

Work Mode
