What You'll Do

  • Prioritize and champion customer satisfaction with a personalized and caring approach in every interaction.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences through direct interactions and feedback to contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Spot trends in customer inquiries and behavior to better anticipate their needs.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and disciplined curiosity in addressing customer concerns.
  • Proactively identify and implement effective solutions with a solutions-focused mindset, serving as a trusted resource for problem resolution.
  • Regularly assess and adapt your approach to ensure an optimal customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Strong sense of ownership and disciplined curiosity, driving proactive resolutions.
  • Empathetic communication skills with the ability to connect on a personal level.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in effective, rapid communication through both written and verbal channels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Eligible to work in Poland; we will not support relocation for this position.

  • Compensation: 92,000 PLN annual gross base pay.
