Social Discovery Group was looking for a Partner Account Manager (Chinese, English, Russian)

The Partner Account Manager at Social Discovery Group will support and manage partners using Bitrix CRM, enhance partner-related processes, and develop growth and cost optimization strategies. This role requires fluency in Chinese, Russian, and English to effectively collaborate with a global partner base within a dynamic, remote-first organization.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests
  • Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines)
  • Leverage market and central team insights and develop winning strategies to drive and develop partner portfolio growth
  • Provide partners with comprehensive consultancy, support, advice and training on the use of system portals
  • Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing cost optimization strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Chinese (C1)
  • Fluency in Russian (C1)
  • Fluency in English (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace
