Marc Kirsten GmbH is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Strategist to shape the digital voice of our fast-growing premium beauty brand. This is a remote, strategy-only role centered on brand positioning, trend spotting, and building recognition through smart planning, not day-to-day content posting. Preference is given to candidates based in Dubai for occasional in-person collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Audit the existing brand presence across social and paid media.
- Propose an updated content direction, including voice, hooks, content pillars, and platform trends.
- Identify strategic gaps in storytelling or engagement and provide actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal content and ad teams to align messaging.
- Share competitor and market insights, focusing on the Dubai and US beauty/lifestyle markets.
- Contribute to campaign direction and creative briefing (not day-to-day content creation).
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy (not posting).
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai and US beauty/lifestyle markets.
- Past work with DTC brands in beauty, wellness, or fashion.
- Strong understanding of hooks, tone of voice, platform trends, and positioning.
- Able to submit real past work: brand guides, campaign plans, creative decks, etc.

- Based in Dubai and open to occasional in-person meetings.
