EpiHelp AB is hiring a Broker Private Equity Placement to lead our upcoming seed-round fundraising activities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for brokering company shares in the private market and closing the financing round.
What You'll Do
- Broker EpiHelp AB shares in the private market.
- Plan the seed-round financing by analyzing the team, technology, and business plan.
- Build and approve the financing strategy for upcoming fundraisers.
- Leverage your skills and network for investor outreach, managing activities like Zoom calls and roadshows.
- Close the Seed-Round, scheduled to kick off around August 15, 2025, and close in Q4 2025.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 15 years of senior experience in deal making, private equity and placement, investment banking, or corporate strategic BD/M&A.
- Proven ability to succeed in a start-up environment.
- Industry knowledge and passion in Tech, AI, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Community, and Platform Technology.
- Ability to picture, sell, and drive innovative solutions.
- Experience working in remote, decentralized teams with a global focus in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with strong experience in Investment Banking, VC, or Brokerage.
- Financial independence for the initial period of 3 to 6 months.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a 1-10 employee company and join the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the President & CEO.
