EpiHelp AB is hiring a Broker Private Equity Placement to lead our upcoming seed-round fundraising activities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for brokering company shares in the private market and closing the financing round.

What You'll Do

Broker EpiHelp AB shares in the private market.
Plan the seed-round financing by analyzing the team, technology, and business plan.
Build and approve the financing strategy for upcoming fundraisers.
Leverage your skills and network for investor outreach, managing activities like Zoom calls and roadshows.
Close the Seed-Round, scheduled to kick off around August 15, 2025, and close in Q4 2025.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 15 years of senior experience in deal making, private equity and placement, investment banking, or corporate strategic BD/M&A.
Proven ability to succeed in a start-up environment.
Industry knowledge and passion in Tech, AI, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Community, and Platform Technology.
Ability to picture, sell, and drive innovative solutions.
Experience working in remote, decentralized teams with a global focus in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with strong experience in Investment Banking, VC, or Brokerage.
Financial independence for the initial period of 3 to 6 months.
