Paired is looking for a Part-Time Social Media & Community Strategist to support the growth and influence of a single, high-profile personal brand—a Co-Founder & CRO. You will act as the digital voice and guardian, blending business insight, creativity, and cultural commentary to authentically engage the audience and deliver timely insights.
What You'll Do
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions on LinkedIn and Twitter, maintaining the authentic voice and tone of the personal brand.
- Identify and flag high-impact conversations, trending responses, or strategic engagement opportunities in real time.
- Perform light community management by sustaining engagement on high-performing posts and connecting with relevant creators or thought leaders.
- Conduct ongoing trend analysis and cultural research across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to uncover brand-aligned insights.
- Collaborate with the content team by contributing research-backed ideas and creative angles to inform content planning.
- Analyze platform trends and audience behavior to produce weekly or bi-weekly briefs outlining strategic content opportunities.
- Offer guidance on post formats, engagement strategies, and timing based on evolving platform trends.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a personal brand, thought leader, or content-driven business, particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, user behavior, and cultural nuances, with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
- Exceptional writing skills for crafting sharp, engaging responses and concise, high-impact messaging.
- Proven ability to conduct trend analysis, extract insights, and generate compelling, brand-relevant content ideas.
- Solid familiarity with content formats across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Naturally curious, self-motivated, and deeply engaged with internet culture.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to Have
- Proficient in using social listening, engagement tracking, and performance benchmarking tools.
- Strong ability to spot emerging online conversations and cultural trends before they reach the mainstream.
- Background in copywriting, editorial strategy, or digital trend analysis.
