Fabletics is looking for a Part Time Seasonal Retail Activations Team Lead to travel nationwide, supporting the planning and leading the execution of large-scale pop-up events. You will be the on-site lead, ensuring flawless event operations, customer experience, and team performance.
What You'll Do
- Support pre-event planning including logistics coordination, inventory checks, and setup documentation review.
- Lead on-site event setup and teardown, including truck loading/unloading and layout execution.
- Monitor event flow and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure successful activation.
- Ensure smooth execution of merchandising and inventory management.
- Manage event materials, merchandising setup, and back-of-house organization.
- Oversee inventory handling and coordinate delivery and placement of all assets.
- Account for and ensure proper return of all resources post-event.
- Guide and motivate the on-site team to meet sales and service goals.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through product knowledge and engagement.
- Act as the on-site lead, modeling professionalism, accountability, and brand values.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to commit to work at least 10 events during the seasonal timeline.
- 1–2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience with event planning or coordination.
- Ability to manage, coach, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with changing priorities and irregular schedules.
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with basic tools and light handywork.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends or evenings as required.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

You will report to the Manager, Retail Activations.
Work Mode
This is an onsite, traveling role. The position supports events in multiple locations including Texas (Dallas, Houston, Ft Worth), Georgia (Atlanta), Kentucky (Louisville), and Ohio (Columbus).
