About the Role

Penn State Berks is looking for a Part Time - Mechanical Engineering - Adjunct Instructor to teach laboratory sections of ME 345W: Instrumentation, Measurements, and Statistics during the Fall 2025 Semester. You will guide students through hands-on experiments and foster an inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Do

  • Teach laboratory sessions scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with two sections per day of approximately 12 students each.
  • Guide students through hands-on experiments involving sensors, data acquisition, and statistical analysis.
  • Ensure a safe and engaging lab environment.
  • Collaborate with faculty to maintain consistency with course objectives and materials.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sensor technologies, circuit design, and data analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Prior teaching or lab instruction experience.
