Diana Health is looking for a Finance Director, Reporting to play a key hands-on role within the On Location division for the FIFA World Cup 26™ program. You will lead all FP&A and consolidated reporting activities, proactively supporting the business team. You will report to the Senior Finance Director FP&A/Management Accounting.
What You'll Do
- Act as the lead finance contact for all consolidated reporting needs for the On Location FIFA division.
- Manage and develop 1 or more Finance Managers and staff.
- Deliver robust weekly, monthly, and quarterly consolidated reporting on sales, channel performance, and KPIs.
- Create consolidated financial reporting for executive leadership decks and ad hoc requests.
- Lead the development of reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Spearhead the use of internal systems and BI tools for cross-functional reporting needs.
- Oversee financial systems administration.
- Assist with core financial processes including annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts.
- Assist with data management efforts across commercial strategy, ticket operations, sales operations, and technology teams.
- Analyze operating results compared to plan, prior periods, goals, and forecasts.
- Consolidate area-specific forecasts, budgets, and multi-year financial plans, analyzing trends.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and travel as required.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
- Adept in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite, Financial Statements, and reports.
- Highly skilled in BI Tools, financial systems, and data governance.
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Credibility and trustworthiness in dealings with others.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt approach.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize, balance work, and hold yourself and others accountable.
Nice to Have
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA.
- Experience in the Live Events or Hospitality Industry.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $105,000 - $140,000 annually.
