Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a senior-level professional for its Capital Markets team based in Seoul, Korea. This role focuses on the office sector and requires a professional with a proven track record in real estate transactions. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and leading complex capital market deals.
What You'll Do
- Lead business development and deal sourcing initiatives, specifically within the office sector.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by expanding client relationships and introducing JLL services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide strategic advice on their real estate assets.
- Lead and support the execution of capital market transactions from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- Significant professional experience in real estate capital markets, asset management, investment banking, or a closely related field.
- A demonstrated track record of success in transaction execution and client management.
- Established, strong relationships with institutional investors and asset management companies (AMCs).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Korean.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
