Practicebetter is looking for a Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate mental health care remotely to children, teens, and young adults across Maryland. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we are re-imagining care for youth and believe that supported clinicians lead to thriving clients. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation per billable hour.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
- Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and fellow clinicians.
- Complete timely documentation in the EHR.
- Support families with education and care coordination.
What We're Looking For
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
