Hourly Rate: $15-$21.67 per hour depending on state

About the Role
To support organizational expansion goals, we are recruiting a part-time Academic Performance Evaluator who will be critical in supporting student success during the Accelerator program. The primary responsibility involves being the initial support mechanism for students' academic progression.
This role is within the Educational Innovation team and reports directly to the Program Manager, Accelerator.
Responsibilities:
- Grade assignments for student group using structured evaluation frameworks
- Provide supportive interventions for students with performance concerns
- Facilitate communication between program team, group facilitators, and students
- Attend weekly virtual learning sessions
- Participate in weekly team coordination meetings
- Conduct virtual student support hours
- Proactively engage with students requiring additional assistance
- Master instructional content and evaluation criteria
- Complete ongoing professional development trainings
- Represent organizational mission through campus engagement activities
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, LinkedIn
- Adaptability with digital learning platforms
- Access to computer for training and assignment evaluation

- Teaching or instructional support experience
- Student/adult coaching background
- Professional work history
- Multilingual capabilities
