Responsibilities
- Represent the company at assigned events such as home shows, fairs, festivals, retail partnerships, and community gatherings
- Engage homeowners in friendly, professional, and confident conversations
- Educate homeowners about products, promotions, and the in-home consultation process
- Schedule qualified appointments for in-home consultations with Design Consultants
- Follow approved scripts, talking points, and qualification standards
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and booth presentation as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming event space
- Work assigned shifts reliably and on time
- Support the Event Coordinator and team during live events
- Accurately capture homeowner information and appointment details
- Enter leads into designated systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhere to data privacy, compliance, and brand standards
- Participate in required training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Deliver a positive, respectful homeowner experience at every interaction
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout events
