Part-Time Coordinator, Podcast Ad Operations
Role Overview
This position plays a key role in managing the lifecycle of podcast advertising campaigns, supporting both internal teams and external partners. You’ll help ensure ads are produced and delivered on time, aligning with brand standards and the unique voice of each podcast.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing host-read and branded podcast ad campaigns from initiation to completion
- Manage production schedules, deliverables, and approval workflows using AirTable and internal tools
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks
- Draft and refine ad scripts that reflect brand messaging and fit the tone of the show
- Integrate feedback from stakeholders and maintain accurate script versions
- Support communication across audio, partnerships, and production teams to resolve open items
- Help manage incoming inquiries and requests through the Podcast Ads inbox
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and workflow clarity
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in digital media or ad operations, particularly within podcasting. You should be detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects, and comfortable writing and editing copy.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in podcasting, digital advertising, or media operations
- Proven ability to write and edit compelling ad copy
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with AirTable and Google Workspace is a plus
Work Environment

Compensation
Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. No equity or additional compensation is included.
