Remote Recruitment is hiring a Part-Time AI Automation Specialist to optimize our operations through intelligent workflow automation. This role focuses on leveraging n8n and Zapier to build systems that enhance productivity across the company.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain efficient, reliable automation workflows using n8n and Zapier.
- Identify automation opportunities across business processes and recommend improvements.
- Integrate third-party applications and systems, such as CRMs, marketing tools, and communication platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance.
- Maintain clear documentation of automations for knowledge sharing and future updates.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional experience in automation, process optimization, or workflow integration.
- Advanced proficiency in n8n and Zapier, with demonstrable examples of implemented automations.
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, or Airtable.
