Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automation workflows using n8n and Zapier
- Integrate AI-powered tools into business processes
- Monitor and maintain existing automation systems
- Troubleshoot errors and optimize performance
- Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities
- Document workflows and technical processes
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Support onboarding of new tools and integrations
- Respond to automation-related support requests
- Implement security best practices in workflow design
- Stay current with updates to n8n, Zapier, and related technologies
- Provide technical guidance for non-technical team members
- Test new automation features before deployment
- Maintain version control for workflow configurations
- Analyze workflow logs to identify bottlenecks
- Assist in defining automation standards and protocols
- Ensure compliance with data handling policies
- Optimize API usage to reduce latency and cost
- Create reusable templates for common processes
- Evaluate third-party integrations for compatibility
- Support cross-platform data synchronization
- Develop error handling and notification systems
- Contribute to automation strategy planning
- Assist in training team members on workflow usage
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI automation trends
