About the Role

This position drives technical storytelling by bridging engineering and marketing to create content that demonstrates product value, supports sales enablement, and influences customer adoption across security platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible, customer-focused materials
  • Work with field teams to gather voice-of-customer insights
  • Conduct competitive analysis to highlight differentiation in messaging
  • Drive adoption of security solutions through technical demonstrations
  • Create technical FAQs and objection-handling guides for sales teams
  • Partner with global marketing to adapt content for regional markets
  • Maintain deep expertise in network security, cloud security, and threat prevention
  • Influence product direction through customer feedback loops
  • Develop use-case-based scenarios that showcase real-world value
  • Lead technical content strategy for key product initiatives
  • Ensure consistency of technical messaging across all channels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to anticipate future marketing needs
  • Mentor junior team members in technical communication best practices

  • Support analyst relations with technical documentation and briefings
