Your Career As a Customer Success Engineer within the cloud security team, you'll enable critical technical support for customer environments. You'll serve as their primary technical contact, constructing robust relationships to ensure seamless security integrations. Your responsibilities include providing adoption guidance, accelerating cloud security product integrations, and delivering real-time strategic support. We seek highly technical professionals comprehending advanced cloud ecosystem technologies and integration complexities. You'll thrive on resolving critical challenges in demanding environments, collaborating closely with CISOs, Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and DevOps teams across mid-to-large enterprises to implement cutting-edge cloud security solutions. Your Impact - Maximize customer investment through rapid SASE solution implementation - Proactively address technical assistance needs - Coordinate timely resolutions with engineering teams - Advocate for customer interests in product development - Coach customers on cloud security governance - Identify and mitigate potential implementation risks - Develop comprehensive understanding of customer business challenges - Become subject matter expert on cloud security solutions - Drive performance metrics including customer satisfaction and renewal rates Qualifications Your Experience - BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field - Minimum 5 years relevant post-sales/technical support experience - Deep understanding of SASE architecture - Expertise in networking concepts and multi-vendor network devices - Enterprise-level routing protocol experience - Advanced knowledge of remote access, authentication protocols - Linux and scripting proficiency - Strong customer escalation management skills - Exceptional consulting and project management capabilities - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively - Adaptability in fast-paced environments Additional Information Our Team We are global cybersecurity innovators committed to preventing cyberattacks.
