You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of our cloud-based systems. Your work will directly support reliable operations and compliance as we scale our infrastructure and services.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement enhancements to meet changing information systems demands
- Oversee the operation, monitoring, and updates of our Microsoft Azure production environment, including App Services and Windows virtual machines
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and apply protective measures across systems and user environments
- Manage Office 365 services, with a focus on SharePoint administration and access controls
- Handle the lifecycle of SSL certificates, including procurement, renewal, and deployment
- Support SOC2 compliance by contributing to audits, documentation, and procedural reviews
- Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for systems, security policies, and critical workflows
- Collaborate with external technology teams to support joint initiatives and integrations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Azure environments, including App Services and virtual machines
- Familiarity with Office 365 administration, particularly SharePoint
- Experience securing systems with SSL certificates and managing their lifecycle
- Understanding of SOC2 compliance requirements and related documentation practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive system improvements
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
