Kyndryl is looking for a Security Engineer to join our post-sales delivery field, focusing on security and Zero Trust projects for large enterprise customers. In this dual-role position, you will lead the proposal, implementation, and operation of solutions that solve critical data protection and Zero Trust challenges, acting as both a technical engineer and project manager.
What You'll Do
- Lead the proposal, implementation, and operation of solutions to solve customers' data protection issues, primarily around backup and anti-ransomware.
- Respond to and lead technical and issue responses for projects in collaboration with team members and business partners.
- Perform schedule and issue management, team building, and customer communication for project success as a project manager.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in proposing and implementing one of the following: SASE/ZTNA, Cloud Security, Certifications, Device Security, or Data protection.
- Operational experience as a lead or manager designing and building Zero Trust solutions.
- Experience in designing security for enterprise systems.
- Experience in project management, including creation and management of master schedules and WBS, and issues and risk management.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
- Reading and writing proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- General security skills, including networking, web, and endpoint.
- Security-related certifications, such as CISSP or vendor certifications.
- Project manager qualifications, for example PMP.
- Ability to communicate in English.
