Kyndryl is seeking a Security Engineer to lead post-sales delivery projects focused on Zero Trust and cybersecurity solutions for large enterprise clients. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, implementation, and project management responsibilities in a customer-facing capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal, implementation, and operation of solutions to solve customers' data protection issues, mainly backup and anti-ransomware solutions.
- Respond to and lead technical and issue responses to projects together with members and business partners.
- Manage project progress, including master schedule and WBS creation and management.
- Lead issue and risk management for projects.
- Engage in team building and communication with customers to ensure project success.
- Act as a project manager while also fulfilling engineering responsibilities.
- Lead security responses for enterprise customer projects, focusing on Zero Trust transformation.
Requirements
- Experience in proposing and implementing one of the following solutions: SASE/ZTNA, Cloud Security, Certifications, Device Security, or Data Protection.
- Operational experience as a lead or manager of designing and building Zero Trust solutions.
- Experience in designing security for enterprise systems.
- Experience in project management including creation and management of master schedules and WBS.
- Experience in issues and risk management.
- Native level Japanese.
- Reading and writing in English.
Nice to Have
- General security skills in networking, web, and endpoint security.
- Security-related certifications such as CISSP or vendor-specific certifications.
- Project manager qualifications such as PMP.
- Communication in English.
