We're seeking a Media Acquisition Specialist - someone methodical, precise, and enthusiastic about advertising management. You'll oversee daily paid campaign execution, enabling our strategic team to concentrate on planning and expansion. In this role, you will: 📊 Construct, initiate, and refresh campaigns across Facebook, Google, and YouTube adhering to documented operational procedures 🎯 Implement targeting, budgeting, bidding, and creative rotations per strategic guidance 📈 Track pacing and performance, proactively identify challenges, and apply minor optimizations 📑 Develop comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports with pristine data and actionable insights ✅ Perform creative and conversion funnel quality assurance before launches 🧹 Maintain consistent naming protocols, tracking parameter standards, and platform cleanliness 🔍 Assist with audience investigation, creative retrieval, and asset organization 🤝 Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure seamless workflows This is a full-time position requiring some synchronization with our USA-based team during morning or afternoon hours. Requirements: To excel, you need: ✅ 2–4 years direct paid media execution experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads ✅ Robust comprehension of campaign architectures, audience dynamics, placements, and bidding strategies ✅ Confident platform navigation including tracking, pixels, parameter management, and reporting ✅ Exceptional detail orientation, particularly regarding budgets and quality assurance ✅ Capability to follow detailed procedures and deliver consistent performance ✅ Transparent written communication with reliable response times ✅ Background in fast-paced e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments Bonus considerations: ⭐ Creative briefing process familiarity ⭐ Knowledge of health/wellness brand ecosystems ⭐ Proficiency with project management platforms The ideal candidate remains composed under pressure, proactively addresses potential issues, and adapts to guidance without defensiveness.
