Role OverviewWe’re seeking a strategic Paid Social Strategist to lead end-to-end campaign management across major digital platforms, with a focus on Meta and TikTok. In this role, you’ll drive measurable business outcomes by designing, launching, and refining paid social initiatives that align with client goals for revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of paid social strategy, from campaign setup to optimization and performance reporting
- Manage execution across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with primary focus on Meta and TikTok
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-backed adjustments to meet or exceed targets
- Lead client communications through regular updates, presentations, and strategic recommendations via email, calls, and messaging platforms
- Develop clear, insightful performance reports and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate internally with account and department teams to align strategy and share key findings
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Integrate AI tools and the Nova ecosystem to streamline workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least one year focused on direct response campaigns in e-commerce
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and guide strategy
- Client-facing experience, including communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Experience with lead generation or B2B marketing
- Exposure to additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads
- Technical proficiency in data tools and marketing technologies
