2peaches GmbH is hiring a Paid Social Manager und Ads Spezialist (m/w/d) to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. You will join a dynamic team of 11-50 employees, taking ownership of client relationships, campaign performance, and creative strategy in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Conceive, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Serve as the main point of contact for various brands and clients, managing high advertising budgets across multiple industries.
- Communicate with clients openly and positively, presenting new strategies and results.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Sales team to develop meaningful briefings and create high-performing ads.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing, SEA, and running campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with confident and open communication.
- Expertise in ad managers and a solid understanding of KPIs.
- Strong sense for target audiences and a deep understanding of digital marketing and the latest social media trends.
- Technical understanding, affinity for numbers, and an analytical approach.
- Graphics knowledge with an eye for design and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects.
