Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a freelance Paid Social Consultant to generate high-quality leads for clients across North America. In this role, you will manage large-budget campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage large-scale paid social campaigns (over $100K/month) with a strong focus on Meta across multiple verticals and clients.
- Monitor campaign performance across a portfolio of 20–25 accounts, focusing on revenue, margin, and lead quality.
- Use data insights to continuously improve lead generation strategies and overall campaign performance.
- Test and iterate new advertising approaches to discover the most effective acquisition tactics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to build and optimize acquisition funnels.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing lead generation or conversion-focused social ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously with a strong focus on KPIs and performance.
- Excellent analytical mindset, with a proactive and data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with North American markets, trends, and customer expectations.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote international team environment.

- Experience with Google/Bing ads.
