Responsibilities
- Manage key partner relationships by serving as the main commercial contact, aligning internal teams with external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective collaboration.
- Facilitate coordination between commercial and technical teams, including Product, Operations, and Technical Program Management, to align on execution goals and deployment timelines.
- Establish and lead regular business cadence with partners, including quarterly reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates, ensuring internal preparedness and message consistency.
- Define measurable success criteria for partnerships and monitor performance metrics to verify compliance with agreements and achievement of business objectives.
- Lead market expansion initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to transition from pilot operations to full-scale commercial deployment.
- Convert partner feedback on operational challenges into prioritized technical actions, ensuring product development reflects real-world commercial needs and improves user experience.
