Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Media Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital channels, leveraging data insights to deliver measurable results in a mission-driven, collaborative, and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and cTV.
- Manage and optimize product feeds for Google Shopping and other platforms to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop and test ad assets, including visuals, copy, formats, and hooks.
- Execute structured audience segmentation and bidding strategy experiments to scale effective campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging channels to maintain a competitive edge.
- Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with site experience, brand, and retention teams to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media advertising, preferably in B2C eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Direct experience with Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns, including data feed management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and A/B testing.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to craft strategic advertising initiatives.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, or other eCommerce marketing tools.
