We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. Your focus will be on driving measurable business outcomes through strategic advertising, improving campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as necessary.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as CTR, conversions, and CPA. Provide insights for optimization.
- Develop and implement remarketing strategies, targeting specific audiences to drive engagement and conversions.
- Allocate and optimize budget across campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure effective spending to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. Test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Work with content and creative teams to align ad copy and visuals with business objectives. Ensure a cohesive approach across all marketing channels.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media campaign management, with a proven record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and similar.
- Strong ability to track and analyze KPIs for paid media, such as CTR, CPC, CR, CPA.
- Expertise in remarketing strategies and audience targeting techniques.
- Experience in working with media agencies.
- Full working proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- CRM related knowledge like Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus.
- GA4 or GTM related knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in ads creation and implementation is a plus.

You will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team covering Romania, Poland, Czech Republic and Bulgaria. You will work closely with key country stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product, reporting to the Digital Marketing Performance Manager.
