Directive is looking for a Paid Digital Media Manager to lead and execute performance-driven advertising campaigns. You will join a team dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable growth through strategic digital media investment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Analyze campaign performance data to drive strategic decisions and improve client ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall client goals
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

  • Proven experience managing paid search and social campaigns with a focus on performance and growth
