- Conduct private and group dance lessons
- Develop connections with students and assist them in achieving their objectives
- Sustain a high level of energy and professionalism in all engagements
- Take part in studio events, parties, and occasional weekend activities
- Enhance dance and teaching abilities through ongoing training

- No prior dance teaching experience required
- Paid training provided
- 2-week audition period (approximately 10 hours total)
- Audition period is educational and observation-based; candidates do not teach or work with students during this time
- Selected candidates complete a paid evaluation lesson (mock or with a new student)
- Successful candidates transition into a paid instructor role with ongoing training
