We are hiring a Senior Product Analyst to lead deep analysis and strategy for our payments platform. In this full-time role, you will be a key contributor to understanding payment flows, optimizing performance, and shaping the future of our financial products.
What You'll Do
- Analyze payment transaction data to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Define and track key metrics for payment success, fraud, and user experience.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to guide product decisions.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of new features.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proven expertise analyzing payments, e-commerce, or fintech systems.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration in San Francisco on a regular schedule.
