The Outbound Setter serves as the first point of contact for potential high-value clients at Decentralized Masters. This role involves qualifying leads through phone, email, and chat, and scheduling qualified prospects for in-depth consultations with the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Manage leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-ticket products/services
- Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with our experienced sales professionals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria
- Achieve minimum KPIs daily: 200 dials
- Achieve minimum KPIs daily: 20 conversations
- Achieve minimum KPIs daily: 2 appointments booked
- Work a minimum of 8 hours per day to meet daily goals
