RemoteVA PH is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives for a remote role that combines sales with customer service. The ideal candidate has a passion for skincare and will connect with medical aesthetics professionals to introduce our products and manage ongoing client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to med spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians via cold calling to introduce products.
- Answer product questions, provide excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
- Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Process and manage incoming orders for timely and accurate handling.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for skincare and familiarity with professional skincare products.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales.
