Genz-Ryan Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to re-engage our past customers and convert lost opportunities into sales. In this role, you'll be the crucial link between our services and our valued customer base, driving growth through proactive relationship building.

What You'll Do

Re-engage past customers through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and texts.
Build strong client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
Convert lost opportunities into sales from technician invoices and sales proposals.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives and technicians.
Master overcoming objections and gain a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up consistently.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with outstanding follow-through.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in-office (this is not a remote position).

Nice to Have

Outbound phone sales experience.
Service industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
