AllShore Talent is hiring a remote Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with potential customers and showcasing the value of our insurance solutions. In this role, you will work from home following New Zealand business hours and holidays, building relationships and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential clients, showcasing the value of insurance products and turning prospects into customers.
- Present compelling product features and benefits, handle objections, and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster trust and loyalty.
- Become a knowledgeable and trusted advisor through comprehensive training.
