Motive is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new business for our UK market. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
What You'll Do
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities in the UK market
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers through strategic outreach
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation
- Research and identify key prospects and buying committees within target accounts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an outbound sales development or similar prospecting role
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting
