About the Role

Motive is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new business for our UK market. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities in the UK market
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers through strategic outreach
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation
  • Research and identify key prospects and buying committees within target accounts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an outbound sales development or similar prospecting role
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position based in Pakistan.
