Tasks
Your primary focus is telephone appointment scheduling:
You will handle telephone contact with our B2C customers, aiming to arrange consultations with our customer advisors.
Additional task areas include:
- In close collaboration with our customer advisors, you will contact clients to schedule appointments (online or in-person)
- You will be flexible in daily time planning and contact customers at various times based on their availability
- You will work closely with our Sales Managers and Marketing team

Required:
- Experience in telesales/outbound or proven sales success
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
