CVS Health is hiring an Outbound Call Center Representative (Member Engagement Coordinator) to join our team remotely. You will play a direct role in transforming healthcare by proactively connecting with members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans. Your primary responsibility will be to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations.
What You'll Do
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system to schedule health evaluations.
- Follow 20+ approved scripts to ensure member understanding and respond professionally to rebuttals.
- Present a positive, professional, and high-energy approach to members and team members.
- Meet daily department goals, such as 300-400 outbound dials and 24 appointments set.
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and contracted providers.
- Monitor performance results, including appointments, calls, and handle time, using designated reporting systems.
- Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
- Participate in peer side-by-side coaching sessions as needed.
- Follow HIPAA and all other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of call center experience OR 2+ years of general work experience.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- Experience with an auto dialer and/or using scripts.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a Member Engagement Manager and collaborate with a team dedicated to member outreach and engagement.
