Orsini Specialty Pharmacy is hiring a Benefits Verification Representative to support our mission of serving patients with rare diseases. You will process requests for specialty drugs by verifying patient benefits through major medical and pharmacy plans, troubleshooting rejections, and managing prior authorization requests.
What You'll Do
- Perform benefit verifications through medical and pharmacy benefits
- Submit and obtain Prior Authorizations with insurance companies
- Troubleshoot pharmacy claims rejections
- Perform monthly Re-verifications
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve benefit issues
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Major Medical Insurance
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits
- Knowledge of HCPCs codes
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
