Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programmes across ERP, HCM, and EPM
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders and lead Steering Groups
- Ensure customers remain at the heart of delivery decisions
- Drive outcomes balancing transformational ambition with real-world delivery
- Own and manage P&L for a portfolio typically valued between £/€500k–£/€3m+
- Partner with commercial teams to design compelling propositions
- Shape and influence major proposals with customer-first outcomes
- Lead and inspire a diverse delivery team across the UK, Ireland, and India
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Ensure teams stay at the forefront of Oracle Cloud innovation, methodologies, and accelerators
Requirements
- Accountability for multi-million-pound P&L
- Proven leadership experience with Oracle Cloud delivery teams
- Direct experience delivering Oracle Cloud solutions in ERP, HCM, and EPM
- Commercial acumen with experience in shaping and influencing major proposals
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead Steering Groups
- Track record of driving customer success in complex transformation programmes
