Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations and fostering continuous skill development.
- Propel revenue growth by ensuring the team consistently identifies, pursues, and secures new business opportunities and account expansions.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions to support effective planning, execution, and territory management.
- Create and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks to ensure predictable and repeatable execution across the team.
- Monitor sales pipeline, activity levels, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Support team members by participating in key opportunities and demonstrating effective sales practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, strong customer engagement, and alignment on priorities.
- Analyze performance trends and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong operational discipline, including accurate CRM data management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Lead initiatives to enhance sales processes, team efficiency, and customer experience.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly team revenue targets.
