Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations and fostering continuous skill development.
  • Propel revenue growth by ensuring the team consistently identifies, pursues, and secures new business opportunities and account expansions.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions to support effective planning, execution, and territory management.
  • Create and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks to ensure predictable and repeatable execution across the team.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, activity levels, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Support team members by participating in key opportunities and demonstrating effective sales practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, strong customer engagement, and alignment on priorities.
  • Analyze performance trends and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline, including accurate CRM data management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance sales processes, team efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly team revenue targets.
