- Maintain and develop collaborative relationships within the Adelaide market in key sectors, while representing the organisation at industry events to elevate visibility and influence.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive culture while mentoring and uplifting junior professionals, enhancing recruitment efforts to build a resilient and diverse team in Adelaide.
- Provide expertise across defence, transport, and water projects, applying your financial and project management skills to ensure effective planning, budgeting, and the integration of innovative delivery methods that enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in the water, defence, or transport infrastructure sectors.
- Strong project management and financial planning skills.
- Experience building client relationships and representing organisations in industry forums.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior professionals.
