About the Role

Shape the future of manufacturing through AI and accelerated computing. As the Senior Developer Relations Manager for the EMEA region, you'll act as a technical bridge between NVIDIA's platform capabilities and the industrial developer community. Your focus will be on advancing the integration of high-performance computing and AI technologies into real-world manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to software developers, ISVs, OEMs, startups, and system integrators building solutions for manufacturing
  • Design and deliver hands-on technical resources—such as sample implementations, reference designs, workshops, and demonstrations—tailored to industrial applications like robotics, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and computer vision
  • Enable partners to successfully onboard, integrate, and optimize NVIDIA platforms for scalable, production-grade deployments
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure developer needs inform platform development and tooling improvements
  • Identify ecosystem gaps and emerging trends by mapping the industrial developer landscape, then guide strategy to expand platform adoption
  • Represent developer feedback internally to influence product roadmaps and external engagement approaches
  • Support ecosystem growth by showcasing technical successes and contributing to events, launches, and industry initiatives

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years in software engineering, technical partnerships, or solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on manufacturing or industrial systems
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in industrial contexts, including simulation, robotics, data-driven automation, and quality inspection
  • Experience navigating industrial software ecosystems, including ISVs and manufacturing platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to developers, engineers, and technical decision-makers
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional technical collaborations and driving developer adoption
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an asset

Preferred Expertise

  • Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA’s ecosystem—CUDA, Isaac, Omniverse, AI frameworks, and simulation tools
  • Background in robotics, data science, or industrial engineering
  • Experience growing developer communities or technical programs
  • Entrepreneurial drive with experience in startup or emerging tech environments
