Drive strategic growth for a portfolio of corporate clients across the DACH region by identifying and executing expansion opportunities within Adobe's Digital Media ecosystem. This role centers on deepening client relationships, aligning technology solutions to business goals, and delivering measurable value through Creative Cloud and Document Cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale a dedicated set of corporate accounts, focusing on sustained revenue growth and retention
- Develop strategic account plans that reflect customer priorities and unlock potential through Adobe’s SaaS offerings
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position Adobe as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal teams—solution consultants, product specialists, legal, and marketing—as well as external partners to execute account strategies
- Lead accurate forecasting and maintain a healthy, transparent sales pipeline through consistent deal reviews
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client workflows and digital transformation goals
Qualifications
- Fluent in German with strong professional English communication skills
- Minimum of three years in B2B software sales or strategic account management, consistently exceeding targets
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers across large organizations
- Demonstrated initiative in prospecting, pipeline development, and account growth
- Skilled at building trust with executives and aligning technology to business outcomes
- Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and coordinating diverse teams around customer success
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within the DACH region for client engagements
- Residency in the DACH region, preferably Munich or Berlin
