Responsibilities
- Manage long-term plans for digital, web, and automation platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create governance structures, operational processes, and measurement frameworks at the portfolio level.
- Spearhead intricate, cross-functional projects focused on platform modernization, automation, and user experience enhancement.
- Deliver high-level insights, risk evaluations, and data-backed recommendations to executives.
- Promote Lean methodologies to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, improve cycle times, and enhance delivery reliability.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies, facilitate team alignment, and coach teams on Agile best practices.
- Apply scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, Kanban, etc.) to maintain consistent program execution.
- Evaluate and enhance flow efficiency, throughput, and team performance using Lean metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to define architecture, API integrations, system dependencies, and modernization strategies.
- Lead initiatives for platform upgrades, migrations, optimizations, security improvements, and resilience.
- Identify and resolve technical obstacles, foresee risks, and support engineering excellence across teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for AI-based tools, intelligent workflows, bots, and automation capabilities.
- Align cross-functional teams on data requirements, ML model deployment, governance, and ethical considerations.
- Lead the adoption and rollout of new AI-driven capabilities across various business units.
- Create and execute change management strategies for large-scale technology rollouts and process transformations.
- Develop communication plans, readiness assessments, and training strategies for stakeholders.
- Ensure successful adoption through monitoring KPIs, feedback loops, and continuous engagement.
- Act as a senior liaison between engineering, product, operations, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making through structured communication, clear data, and consistent alignment mechanisms.
