At NetApp, we are looking for an Oracle CPQ Consultant / Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions that enable complex product configurations, pricing, quoting, and ordering processes. This role partners closely with Sales, Commerce, IT, and ERP/CRM teams to deliver scalable, performant, and compliant quote‑to‑order solutions.

What You'll Do

Configure product models, attributes, rules, constraints, and validation logic within Oracle CPQ.
Develop BML (BigMachines Language) scripts for advanced pricing and discount logic, defaulting and validation rules, and commerce actions.
Build and maintain Commerce rules (validation, hide, filter, constraint rules).
Implement complex pricing models, including volume-based pricing, promotional pricing, and discount thresholds and approvals.
Design and customize Document Designer templates (quotes, proposals, order forms).
Configure XSL / PDF outputs for customer-ready quote documents.
Integrate Oracle CPQ with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP / Order Management systems, and external services via REST / APIs / OIC.
Support quote-to-order data flow including accounts, products, pricing, orders, and attachments.
Support CPQ environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre Prod, Prod).
Participate in Oracle CPQ quarterly upgrades and regression testing.
Follow CPQ development standards and naming conventions to ensure performance and maintainability.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
Proficiency in BML (BigMachines Language).
Experience with pricing rules and discount logic.
Experience with commerce actions and layouts.
Experience with Document Designer & XSL.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML.
Understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Quote-to-Order processes.
Experience working with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Operations teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise commerce workflows.
Ability to translate business requirements into CPQ solutions.

Nice to Have

Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist Certification.
Experience with ERP (Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, etc.).
Experience with CRM integrations.
Exposure to CI/CD or version control for CPQ assets.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
