Attentive is hiring an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead

The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join our established and growing Oracle practice and lead the functional delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programmes for large public and private sector organisations across New Zealand. You will lead client engagements to design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that modernise operations, transform finance and enterprise processes, and enable better decision-making across complex programmes. We are primarily seeking candidates with strong Oracle Cloud ERP functional leadership experience. We will also consider exceptional ERP professionals from other leading platforms who can demonstrate senior delivery capability and a clear pathway to building Oracle Cloud expertise. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead functional workstreams, shape solution design, and support the development of junior team members. What you’ll do • Lead client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into fit-for-purpose Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs. • Lead functional design, configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities across Oracle Cloud ERP workstreams. • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders around clear decisions. • Own functional solution quality, delivery planning inputs, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across complex programmes. • Contribute to business development, proposal responses, client presentations, thought leadership, and Oracle practice growth initiatives. • Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants, sharing functional expertise and delivery discipline.
