Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Oracle ADW/FAW Data Integrations specialist to lead the design, development, and optimization of data integrations within Oracle’s Cloud-based analytics ecosystem. You will work on complex, mission-critical solutions that integrate with enterprise applications to enable actionable operational insights for our global teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines between Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and other Oracle/non-Oracle business applications.
- Define integration best practices and enforce technical standards across projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and operational solutions.
- Contribute to data architecture decisions, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
- Work with data warehouse and data lake design patterns, including star schema modeling.
- Manage and troubleshoot data flows, ensuring system resilience and reliability.
- Oversee security design, including SSO and row-level security implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet scope, quality, and timeline objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience.
- At least 6 years in hands-on technical development for Oracle’s Cloud-based analytics platforms (OAC, ADW, ODI, FAW).
- Proficiency in ODI/OBIA, ELT-based integrations, and SQL query/debugging.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, SCM, CRM (Salesforce), and HCM (Workday) integrations.
- Expertise with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Oracle Cloud SCM table structures.
- Experience with web integration standards (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC) and cloud data pipelines.
- Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in OAC and/or ADW.
- Familiarity with Alteryx, Spark, or other ETL tools.
