ThinkingIT Corp. is hiring an Operations / Workforce Manager to bring operational foresight and team coordination to our global efforts. In this role, you will optimize operational processes and ensure effective workforce management to enhance productivity and drive our strategies forward.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate workforce management tasks, including scheduling, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with department leads to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments to promote alignment and unity in operations.
- Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
- Support training and development initiatives to elevate team performance and engagement.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors relevant to operations and workforce strategies.
Work Mode
This is a global, fully remote position. You'll work with a distributed team across multiple regions.
