Celestica is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will apply in-depth knowledge and considerable judgment to assess and improve our operational processes. You will work with minimal supervision, potentially leading a work group or project team to build relationships and drive accountability.
What You'll Do
- Assess the alignment of production, support, and engineering processes with Celestica's Values, corporate strategies, and business assessments.
- Work within a team to select appropriate change management tools and approaches.
- Contract with affected areas to lead the change process and close identified gaps.
- Share accountability for closing gaps, measured against customer and operational metrics.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to six years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge in engineering, business, organization design, and operational and quality processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of appropriate industry standards such as ISO, TL, QS, and Baldrige.
Team & Environment
You may lead a work group or project team consisting of technical and support staff.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
